Our Curriculum

Year 8, 9 and 10 students learn from within the eight learning areas: Arts, English, Health & Physical Education, Languages (Indonesian or German), Mathematics, Technology, Society and Environment and Science.

In Year 9 and 10 students continue to study units from all learning areas however some choice is available to enable them to spend more time learning subjects in which they are more interested.

Year 11, 12 and 13 students learn from within the South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE) curriculum that includes all learning areas as well as Vocational Educational Training (VET) studies. Students choose from a wide range of Stage 1 and Stage 2 units that will enable them to qualify for the SACE. VET courses are an important component of the senior school. VET units give students the opportunity to achieve their SACE as well as to obtain accreditation for various industry training units recognised under the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF).
