Step 1.
Click the link below to download the NAPLAN browser installer for Windows.

Step 2.
Once the download has finished, open the downloaded 'NAP Locked down browser - Release - (version).msi' installer file to run the installation.
Step 3.
You should now see the 'NAP Locked down browser Setup' window appear. Click the 'Next..' box.
Step 4.
Disregard the configuration text boxes. Click the 'Next..' box.
Step 5.
The ready to install window appear should now appear. Click the 'Install..' box.
NOTE:
If you see a prompt like this, click on 'Yes' to allow the install. However, if this prompt asks you for a login with administrator priveleges, you will need to know what it is. This login should have been created when you first setup your laptop, and you may need to check with your parents/caregivers/owner of the laptop if you do not know what the login details are.
Step 6.
The 'NAP Locked down browser should now be successfully installed'. Click the 'Finish..' box.
NOTE: Please ensure you have the correct "2025" version installed by looking at the NAP icon on your desktop. It should be a green colour and have "2025" mentioned in the icon.
Step 7. IMPORTANT
You should now click on the link below and follow the guide on how to open the locked down browser and run the NAPLAN 'Device Check (no login)' function to ensure your device meets the requirements.
